Our products and services consist of digital access to proprietary trading tools, invite-only TradingView indicators, and related educational support. As these are digital and non-returnable services, the following policy applies.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on IndiabizlistFX are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product or indicator has been delivered.
After successful payment, users are granted access to the indicator and/or related services. Since the product cannot be returned, revoked, or physically recovered, refunds will not be provided for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of trading knowledge or experience
- Not achieving expected results or profits
- Trading losses of any kind
- Personal financial situation
- Not using the product after purchase
- Dissatisfaction due to market performance
2. No Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and processing has begun.
Access to the service is initiated immediately after purchase, therefore cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
3. No Transfer Policy
Subscriptions and indicator access are strictly assigned to a single user and a single TradingView account.
We do not allow:
- Account transfers
- Sharing access with others
- Switching access to another person
- Reselling access
Violation may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
4. Technical Exception
A refund may only be considered in the rare situation where:
- Payment is successfully made, but access cannot be provided due to a verified technical issue from our side, and
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
In such cases, users must contact support within 48 hours of payment with proof of transaction.
5. User Responsibility
Before purchasing, users are expected to:
- Understand the nature of digital products
- Review product details carefully
- Ensure compatibility with TradingView
- Provide correct TradingView username and contact information
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information submitted by the user.
